肝移植技术在治疗转移性肝肿瘤中的研究现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肝移植用于治疗符合米兰标准的肝原发恶性肿瘤已经得到广泛共识。而近年来,随着肿瘤综合治疗手段的不断进步,分子靶向和免疫治疗的出现,符合一定筛选条件的部分转移性肝恶性肿瘤行肝移植术的远期预后也得到了明显改善,移植肿瘤学的概念也应运而生。本文结合近年来临床最新研究进展和移植肿瘤学的发展,针对部分转移性肝肿瘤患者行肝移植治疗的现状进行综述。

Abstract: Liver transplantation has become an acceptable and effective treatment for primary malignant liver tumors according to Milan criteria. In recent years, with the development of comprehensive treatment, the emergence of targeted drugs and immunotherapy, the long-term prognosis of liver transplantation for some liver metastases has been significantly improved. And a new era of “Transplant Oncology” has begun. This article reviews the current status of liver transplantation for patients with liver metastases.
