简单炎症相关指数在肝癌肝移植预后预测中的价值

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肝移植是肝细胞癌重要的治疗方式,但术后的复发率仍偏高。全身炎症反应可以通过一些常见的血清学指标包括中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板、C反应蛋白及以上述因子构建的简单炎症指数来反映。这些炎症相关指数对接受肝移植的肝癌患者预后具有重要预测意义。本文就目前常用的系统性炎症指标如中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值、血小板-淋巴细胞比值、淋巴细胞-单核细胞比值、系统性免疫炎症指数、预后营养指数、格拉斯哥预后评分在肝癌肝移植预后中的价值作一综述。

Abstract: Liver transplantation is an important treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma, but the recurrence rate remains unsatisfied. Systemic inflammatory response can be reflected by a number of common serological markers including neutrophils, lymphocytes, platelets, C-reactive protein and simple inflammatory indexes constructed by these factors. Many researches reported that these inflammatory indexes are important to predict the prognosis of HCC patients underwent liver transplantation. The purpose of this review is to summarize the published work on the prognostic value of simple inflammation based markers such as neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-lymphocyte ratio, lymphocyte-monocyte ratio, systemic immune inflammation index, prognostic nutrient index, and Glasgow prognostic score in HCC patients following liver transplantation.
