肝细胞癌早期诊断血清标志物研究进展

Research progress of serum markers for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是源于肝脏细胞的恶性肿瘤,其有着恶性程度高,早期诊断困难,临床预后差的特点。近年来,越来越多的研究发现血清甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)对于肝细胞癌诊断敏感性降低,早期诊断效能较差,因此,对于新型肝细胞癌血清肿瘤标志物的研究成为热点。例如甲胎蛋白异质体、热休克蛋白90、高尔基体蛋白73等的出现可能有效提高肝细胞癌的早期诊断率。本文就近年来对于肝细胞癌早期诊断血清标志物研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma is a malignant tumor originating from liver cells, which is characterized by high degree of malignancy, difficulty in early diagnosis, and poor clinical prognosis. In recent years, more and more studies have found that the sensitivity of serum alpha-fetoprotein for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma is reduced, and the early diagnostic efficacy is poor. Therefore, the study of new serum tumor markers for hepatocellular carcinoma has become a hot spot. For example, the presence of alpha-fetoprotein heteroplasmy, heat shock protein 90, and Golgi protein 73 may effectively improve the early diagnosis rate of hepatocellular carcinoma. This article reviews the research progress of serum markers for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years.
